Mrs. Jennie F. Theisen, 76, who resided with a daughter and son-in-law, Mr. and Mrs. Joseph Walter, of 1838 Clermont St., Manitowoc, died Sunday at Holy Family Hospital, Manitowoc.
Funeral services will be at 10:30 a.m. Wednesday at Pfeffer Funeral Home and at 11 a.m. at Holy Innocents Catholic Church, Manitowoc. The Rev. Richard Verhasselt will officiate and burial will be in Calvary Cemetery, Manitowoc.
Mrs. Theisen, nee Jennie F. Wera, was born Aug. 18, 1898, at Chicago, daughter of the late John and Lucille Napientek Wera. She was married to William J. Theisen Nov. 4, 1919, at Hatley, Wis. He preceded her in death Dec. 28, 1958. She had been employed at Schuette Bros. Co., of Manitowoc until her retirement in 1963. She was a member of Manitowoc Senior Citizens and Christian Mothers Altar Society of Holy Innocents Parish.
Survivors include two daughters, Mrs. Joseph (Adeline) Walter, of Manitowoc and Mrs. James (Phyllis) Rapponotte, of Barstow, Calif., two brothers, Joseph, of Hatley and John, of Stevens Point; three sisters, Mrs. Joseph Platta, of Stevens Point and Mrs. John Dominski and Mrs. John Gorski, of Wausau; six grandchildren and a great grandson. A brother, Leo, preceded her in death.
Friends may call at Pfeffer Funeral Home from 4 to 9 p.m. Tuesday, where a wake memorial service will be at 8 p.m. by Christian Mothers Altar Society and friends.
