Mrs. Henry Thielen, 88, who resided with a son and daughter-in-law, Mr. and Mrs. Ralph Thielen, of 1621 S. 10th St., Manitowoc, died Wednesday at Holy Family Hospital, Manitowoc.
Funeral services will be at 9:30 a.m. Friday at Pfeffer Funeral Home and 10 a.m. at St. Boniface Catholic Church, Manitowoc. The Rev. John Hephner will officiate with burial in Calvary Cemetery, Manitowoc.
Mrs. Thielen, nee Katheirne Loef, was born Jan. 18, 1888, at Kenosha, daughter of the late Theodore and Angeline Orth Loef. She was married to Henry C. Thielen Oct. 22, 1907, at Kenosha. He preceded her in death July 14, 1965. She was a member of St. Ann Christian Mothers Altar Society of St. Boniface Church.
Survivors include two sons and daughters-in-law, Harold and Margaret Thielen and Ralph and LaVerne Thielen, and a daughter-in-law, Mrs. Everett (Esther) Thielen, of Manitowoc; a brother, John, of Hollywood, Fla., two grandchildren and two great grandchildren. A son, Everett, three brothers and two sisters preceded her in death.
Friends may call at Pfeffer Funeral Home from 4 to 9 p.m. Thursday, where a wake memorial prayer service will be at 7 p.m. by St. Ann Christian Mothers Altar Society, relatives and friends.
