Bruno L. Tomcheck, 80, of 625 S. 27th St., Manitowoc, died Thursday evening, October 22, at Holy Family Hospital.

Funeral services will be 8:30 a.m. Monday at Pfeffer Funeral Home and 9 a.m. at St. Paul Catholic Church, Manitowoc. The Mass of christian burial will be celebrated by the Rev. Philip Hoffmann and burial will be in Calvary Cemetery, Manitowoc.

Mr. Tomcheck was born Aug. 25, 1901, at Newton, son of the late Walter and Frances Mrotek Tomcheck. He married Marie Helfert Feb. 6, 1923, at St. Boniface Catholic Church, Manitowoc. They celebrated their golden wedding anniversary in 1973. Mr. Tomchck had been employed for more than 60 years with Chicago North Western Railway Express Company, Manitowoc, from which he retired in 1968. He was a member of Fraternal Order of Eagles Aerie 706 of Manitowoc, United Commercial Travelers, Brotherhood of Railway Clerks and a member of St. Paul Adoration Society for 26 years.

Survivors include his wife, Marie, a daughter and son-in-law, Virginia and Ralph Kujawa of Manitowoc; three brothers, Ben of Manitowoc, Zeno of Newton and Joseph of Sheboygan; a sister, Mrs. Oliver (Celia) Landt of Milwaukee and a grandson, Dennis Kujawa of Menomonee Falls, Wis. Two brothers, Edward and Alois, a sister, Ann, and a granddaughter, Rosalie preceded him in death.

Friends may call at Pfeffer Funeral Home 4 p.m. to 9 p.m. Sunday. A Rosary service will be 4:30 p.m. by the St. Paul Adoration Society and a prayer service at 8 p.m. by Deacon William Klein.
