Mrs. Frank (Mrytle) (sic) Vandenbusch, 73, of 1635 Lilac Dr., Manitowoc, died Tuesday morning at Holy Family Hospital, Manitowoc. She had been in ill health for several months.
Funeral services will be at 9:30 Friday at the Mittnacht Funeral Home and 10 a.m. at Sacred Heart Catholic Church, Manitowoc. The Rev. Claude Le Clair will officiate and burial will be in Calvary Cemetery, Manitowoc.
The former Myrtle Tyson was born May 15, 1894, at Manistee, Mich., daughter of the late William and Marie Poskey Tyson. She came to Manitowoc with her parents at the age of two and later attended St. Boniface Parochial School. She was employed at the Lakeside Packing Co., Manitowoc, for 20 years prior to her marriage. She was married to Frank Vandenbusch on Nov. 12, 1929. She was a member of the Germania Society and the Royal Neighbors of America Society.
Survivors include the husband; one daughter, Mrs. Michael Kukurich, of Manitowoc; one brother, Leonard, of Manitowoc; one sister, Mrs. A. J. Wild, of Plainview, Minn., and two grandchildren.
Friends may call at the funeral home after 3 p.m. Thursday where the Rosary will be recited at 8 p.m. by the Knights of Columbus and members of the parish.
