Paul J. Vogel, 43, of 1324 S. 20th St., Manitowoc, died Monday morning at Memorial Hospital, Manitowoc.

Funeral services will be at 9 a.m. Wednesday at Pfeffer Funeral Home and at 9:30 a.m. at St. Mary Catholic Church, Manitowoc. The Rev. Robert Schiavone will officiate and burial will be in Calvary Cemetery, Manitowoc.

Mr. Vogel was born June 22, 1928, in Manitowoc County, son of Bernard and Ida Zipperer Vogel. He married Georgiana Denk Oct. 1, 1949, at St. Mary Church, Clark Mills. The couple moved to Manitowoc following marriage. Mr. Vogel was owner and operator of Vogel Realty. He was a veteran of the Korean Conflict serving as a corporal in the United States Marines.

Survivors include his wife, a son, Steven, and a daughter, Robin, at home; his parents, Mr. and Mrs. Bernard Vogel, of Manitowoc; two brothers, Bernard, of Rt 5, Manitowoc and James, of Manitowoc; and three sisters, Mrs. Kenneth (Bernice) Swette, of Marinette, Mrs. Russell (Florence) Revenew of Munster, Ind., and Mrs. Glen (Dolores) Cisler, of Rt 1, Cato. A brother Harold, preceded him in death in 1947.

Friends may call at the funeral home from 4 to 9 p.m. Tuesday where a Memorial service will be held at 8 p.m.
