Death yesterday, after a long illness, of 72-yr. old Anton Wall.
The deceased was born in Bohemia in 1829 and came to America in 1864 and has been a 20-yr. resident of our state working as a tailor.
He is survived by his widow and 4 children.
The funeral will take place Sat. morning from the Catholic Church.

Deaths of a Week:
Anton Wall a well-known tailor of this city, aged 72, died yesterday morning.

He leaves a wife, two sons and two daughters.

The funeral will take place from St. Boniface church Saturday morning at 9 o'clock.

Mr. and Mrs. Jos. Huncoosky, of Antigo, are in the city, called here by the death of Mrs. Huncoosky's father, Anton Wall.

The funeral of the late Anton Wall will be held from St. Boniface Catholic church tomorrow morning at 9 o'clock. Interment will be held at the Catholic Cemetery.

Order for Proof of Will.
STATE OF WISCONSIN,-COUNTY COURT FOR MANITOWOC COUNTY.

In the matter of the estate of Anton Wall, deceased. In Probate.
An instrument in writing, purporting to be the Last Will and Testament of Anton Wall, of City of Manitowoc in said county, having been delivered into said court:
And Anna Wall, of city of Manitowoc in said County, having presented to said Court her petition in writing duly verified, representing, among other things, that said Anton Wall, died testate, at city of Manitowoc, in said county, on the 22nd day of May, 1907 (sic); that said Instrument is the Last Will of said deceased and that Anna Wall is named therein as Executrix, and praying that said Instrument be proven and admitted to Probate and that letters testamentary be thereon issued to Anna Wall.
It is ordered: That said petition and the matters therein be heard, and proofs of said Last Will and Testament be taken, at a special term of said County Court, to be held at the Probate office in the city of Manitowoc, on Tuesday, the 22nd day of October, 1907, at 10 o'clock A.M.
And it is further Ordered: That notice of the time and place of said hearing be given by publication hereof for three successive weeks, once each week, previous to the time of said hearing, in the Manitowoc Pilot, a newspaper published in said Manitowoc county.
