DEATH ROBS HOME OF WIFE-MOTHER
Mrs. Fred Strupp, Claimed by Death at Early Hour Today
Death claimed Mrs. Fred Strupp at an early hour this morning, a mother sacrificing her life for that of her babe.
Mrs. Strupp, nee Weber, a daughter of Mr. and Mrs. Peter Weber, was 31 years of age and well known to a large circle of friends to whom her death will be a sad shock.
A husband, a babe one week old, her parents and one sister, Mrs. John Herzog survive to mourn her untimely death.
The family home is on So. 15th Street and the funeral will probably be held from the home. Arrangements have not been completed.

Fred. Strupp And Miss Anna Weber Get Special Dispensation and Are Wed
Judge Chloupek was at his office in the county building very early this morning and at 7:30 o'clock in the presence of a few of the court house attendants and one or two friends. The judge tied the knot that united the life of two well known Manitowoc county young people. Ferdinand Strupp, of Newton and Miss Anna Weber, daughter of Mr. and Mrs. Peter Weber, of Silver Lake, were the contracting parties.
After the simple marriage ceremony the couple took their departure and they were passengers on the C.&N.W. for Milwaukee where they expect to spend some time visiting friends and relatives.
Mr. and Mrs. Strupp will make their home at Newton where the groom is engaged as a carpenter contractor.
