Mrs. Josephine Wiesner, 86, of 424 S. 26th st., Manitowoc, died Friday, November 19, at Holy Family Skilled Nursing Facility.
Funeral services will be 10:30 a.m. Wednesday at Pfeffer Funeral Home and 11 a.m. at St. Paul Catholic Church, Manitowoc. The Rev. Daniel Dewane will officiate at the Mass of Resurrection and burial will be in Calvary Cemetery, Manitowoc.
Mrs. Wiesner, nee Josephine Krainik, was born March 22, 1896, at Manitowoc, daughter of the late Stephen and Anna Seidl Krainik. She was married to Walter J. Wiesner Aug. 25, 1925, at St. Boniface Catholic Church, Manitowoc. He preceded her in death May 17, 1979.
Survivors include two sons and daughter-in-law, John and Theresa Wiesner of Manitowoc and William and Jean Wiesner of Sun Prairie; a daughter and son-in-law, Dorothy and Lloyd Arndt of Madison; two brothers, Arthur Krainik of Iowa and William Krainik of Milwaukee ;11 grandchildren and three great grandchildren; a brother, two sisters and two great granddaughters preceded her in death.
Friends may call at Pfeffer Funeral Home 4 p.m. to 9 p.m. Tuesday. A prayer service will be at 8 p.m. by Deacon William Klein.
