Mary D. Wilhelm, age 79, of 517 S. 27th St., Manitowoc, died Tuesday evening, March 12, 1996, at Holy Family Memorial Medical Center, Manitowoc.

Funeral Services will be held at 9:30 a.m. Friday, March 15, 1996, at Pfeffer Funeral Home and 10 a.m. at St. Paul’s Catholic Church, Manitowoc. Officiating at the Mass of Christian Burial will be Rev. Ronald Reimer, with burial to follow at Calvary Cemetery, Manitowoc.

Mary was born January 17, 1917, in Manitowoc, daughter of the late James and Mary Riendl Wilhelm. She was a graduate of Lincoln High School, class of 1934. Mary was employed at the Mirro Company for 40 years, until her retirement on April 30, 1980. She was a member of St. Paul’s Catholic Church and a former member of St. Paul’s Christian Mothers and Perpetual Adoration Society of the church.

Survivors include three brothers and sisters-in-law, James F. and Jane Wilhelm, Gervase and Gladys Wilhelm, Robert and Joan Wilhem; one sister and brother-in-law, Eleanor and Raymond Suchocki, all of Manitowoc. Also surviving are nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends. She was also preceded in death by one sister, Sr. Mary Eleanor; one brother, Ivo Wilhelm; and one nephew, Rory.

Friends may call at the Pfeffer Funeral Home, Manitowoc, from 4-7 p.m. Thursday where a prayer service will conclude the visitation at 7 p.m. led by Deacon Allan Boeldt.
