BERNARD G. ZIPPERER
(1912 - 1978)

Bernard G. Zipperer, 65, of 2364 S. 18th St., Manitowoc, died Saturday morning in Holy Family Hospital, Manitowoc.

Funeral services will be 9:30 a.m. Tuesday in Pfeffer Funeral Home, and 10 a.m. In St. Andrew Catholic Church, Manitowoc. The Rev. James Stamborski will officiate and burial will be in Calvary Cemetery, Manitowoc.

Mr. Zipperer was born July 5, 1912 in Whitelaw, so of the late John and Theresia Zipperer Zipperer. He married Anna W. Wojkiewicz November 18, 1936 in Two Rivers. The couple settled in Manitowoc after marriage. Mrs. Zipperer preceded him in death June 17, 1968. He had been employed with Whitehouse Milk Co., retiring in 1975.

Survivors include a son and daughter-in-law, Douglas and Barbara Zipperer of Rt. 1, Cato; a daughter and son-in-law, Judith and Harland Schnell of Manitowoc; a brother, John C. Zipperer Sr. of Evanston, Ill.; four sisters, Mrs. Elmer (Mildred) Anderson of Menasha, Mrs. Robert (Ida) Mersch of Evanston, Mrs. Elsie Siehr of Manitowoc and Sister Anna Mary of Milwaukee and seven grandchildren. Two brothers, Edwin and Edmund preceded him in death.

Friends may call in Pfeffer Funeral Home, 4 o'clock to 9 o'clock this Monday afternoon where a prayer service will be at 8 o'clock.
