She was a member of the Pleasant View Baptist Church. She was preceded in death by parents: Jeff and Ida (Amos) Rosenbalm; husband: Levi Herbert Barnette; sisters: Hazel Fultz, Mary Runions, Maggie Rosenbalm.
She is survived by son: James M. and wife Wilma Barnette of Tazewell; grandsons: James Andrew Barnette of Tazewell, Michael Edward Barnette of Tazewell, Bobby Wayne Barnette of Tazewell; great grandsons: Joseph Andrew Barnette, Jason Cumpston, Joseph Michael Barnette, James Levi Barnette; sister: Anna Lou Brown of Bean Station.
Funeral services were Wednesday, September 14, 2005 10 a.m. in the Claiborne Funeral Home Chapel with the Rev. John Lewis officiating. Burial will be in the Fannon-Rosenbalm Cemetery.
