Mrs. Eastwood, 85, died at her home at Money Creek Township after an illness lasting a year. Her funeral was held at her home.
She was the daughter of Hugh and Nancy Paul. She married Alfred Eastwood on Oct. 5, 1876. They lived on a farm in Money Creek Township for 65 years. He died 13 years ago. They had 4 children.
She was a charter member of the Methodist church of Edwardsville.
