George L. Harrold, of Dewitt, died about 7 o'clock, November 30, 1925, at the John Warner hospital after a long illness The cause of death was heart block.

Mr. Harrold was born in Harp township 66 years go and spent his entire life here as a farmer. He retired from active work 14 years ago and since then has made his home at Dewitt.

He was the son of Alfred and Sarah Harrold.

He was united in marriage to Rhoda E. Collins, April 13, 1881.

He leaves to mourn his loss his wife and the follow ng children, Mrs. E. C. Utter, Leonard A. Harrold, Eurea L. Harrold, Mrs. Theodore Reynolds, Cranell, Fred R. Harrold, Mrs. Frank Winslow; 15 grandchildren; one brother, A. G. Harrold; and two sisters, Mrs. Susanne Tuggle and Mrs. Emma Waddell.

He was a member of the Modern Woodman lodge.

Burial was in Dewitt cemetery.
