He died at 5:50 a.m. Monday, Sept. 30, 2013, at Covington's of natural causes.
A native of Hopkinsville, he was born July 21, 1947, the son of the late Joseph William and Hazel Ruth Cranor Ledford.
Earlier in his life, he had worked as a parking attendant at the old First City Bank and Trust Co. He was a member of Crofton Christian Church.
There are no immediate survivors.
