Stanley Richard Faber, 68, longtime resident of Arlington, died
Saturday, May 19, 2001.

He was born to Peter and Pauline Faber on October 30, 1932 in
Oak Harbor, WA. He married Grace Heusinkveld in 1954. He
started farming in 1954 in Allen, WA and moved to Conway, WA
in 1959. He moved to Arlington in 1964 and was active in farming
until his passing.

He was a long time member of the Mount Vernon Christian
Reformed Church where he served as a deacon. He also served as
board member of the Mount Vernon Christian School and Heather
Village Retirement Center.

He is survived by his wife of 46 years; four sons, Loren, Kevin
(Donna) of Arlington, Larry (Teri) of Everett, and Randall of
Lynnwood; three grandsons; one granddaughter; two step-
grandsons; and three step-great-grandchildren. He is also survived
by his mother, Pauline Faber of Mount Vernon; four brothers, Don
(Vi), Les (Joy), Charlie (Anita), and John (Cindy), all of Mount
Vernon; and a sister, Kyse Kamps (Jack) of Gallup, New Mexico.

His father, Pete Faber, of Mount Vernon, preceded him in death.

Burial will be Thursday, May 24, 2001 at 1:00pm at Hawthorne
Lawn Cemetery in Mount Vernon.
