Ralph Rasmussen, 65, of 708 S. 27th St., Manitowoc, died Wednesday at Holy Family Hospital, Manitowoc.

Funeral services will be at 8:30 a.m. Saturday at the Pfeffer Funeral Home and at 9 a.m. at St. Paul Catholic Church, Manitowoc. The Very Rev. Clement P. Kern will officiate and burial will be in Calvary Cemetery, Manitowoc.

Mr. Rasmussen was born April 16, 1905, at Escanaba, Mich., son of the late Peter and Lillian Bond Rasmussen. He married Florence Stevenson in 1926 at Escanaba. His wife preceded him in death in 1945. He came to Manitowoc to reside in 1961 where he was employed at Mirro Aluminum Co. until his retirement in 1967.

Survivors include two sons, Richard of New York and William of Manitowoc, a daughter, Mrs. Richard Zajda of Illinois, three brothers, two sisters and six grandchildren. A granddaughter Nancy, preceded him in death.

Friends may call at the funeral home from 5 to 9 p.m. Friday where a Memorial service will be held at 7 p.m.
