Victor Ratajczak, 72, of 1112 Division St., Manitowoc, died Sunday morning at his residence.

Funeral services will be at 10:30 a.m. Wednesday at Pfeffer Funeral Home and at 11 a.m. at St. Mary Catholic Church, Manitowoc. The Rev. Thaddeus J. Koszarek will officiate and burial will be in Calvary Cemetery, Manitowoc.

Mr. Ratajczak was born March 23, 1902, at West Kewaunee, son of the late Stanley and Helen Piontek Ratajczak. He married Helen Pekulik Sept. 30, 1930, at St. Mary Catholic Church, Manitowoc. He had owned and operated Ratajczak Dairy from 1932 to 1947 and was also engaged in farming in Rt. 3, Manitowoc, from 1943 to 1964 when the couple moved to Manitowoc.

Survivors include his wife, a son, Richard, of Rt. 3, Manitowoc; two daughters, Mrs. Armin (Lorraine) Rosinsky, of Manitowoc and Mrs. Norman (Rita) Meyer, of Rt. 3, Green Bay; a brother, Ted Ratajchek, of Reedsville; two sisters, Mrs. Clara Drenski, of Oconto and Mrs. Frank Melichar, of Two Rivers and nine grandchildren. A son, a brother and a sister preceded him in death.

Friends may call at Pfeffer Funeral Home from 4 to 9 p.m.
