Mrs. Anna M. Reimer, 78, of 519 S. 31st St., Manitowoc, died Thursday morning at Holy Family Hospital, Manitowoc, where she had been taken shortly before her death.
Funeral services will be at 9 a.m. Saturday at Pfeffer Funeral Home and at 9:30 a.m. at St. Paul Catholic Church, Manitowoc. The Rev. Ronald Reimer, a nephew, will officiate and burial will be at Calvary Cemetery, Manitowoc.
Mr. Reimer, nee Anna M. DuFresne, was born April 18, 1890, at Wausaukee, Wis., daughter of the late Alexander and Mary Du Fresne. She was married to John F. Reimer July 21, 1907 at Wausaukee. After their marriage they moved to Manitowoc and resided there ever since. He preceded her in death March 21, 1954. Mrs. Reimer was a member of the Germania Society and the Christian Mothers Altar Society of the church.
Survivors include a daughter, Miss Blanche, and a son, Jerome, of Manitowoc; two brothers, William of Green Bay and George of Milwaukee; a sister, Mrs. Minnie Smekel, of Milwaukee; four grandchildren and four great grandchildren.
Friends may call at the funeral home after 3 p.m. Friday where the Rosary will be recited at 7 p.m. by members of the Christian Mothers Altar Society, parish and friends.
