STEPHEN A. REINDL
(1865 - 1943)

Stephen A. Reindl, 77, of 1115 S. 14th street, died at 9:20 o’clock this morning at Holy Family hospital. He sustained a fractured hip in a fall about three weeks ago.

Funeral services will be held Saturday morning at 9 o’clock from the Pfeffer Funeral home and at 9:30 o’clock at St. Boniface church with burial at Calvary cemetery. The body will lie in state at the funeral home from 7 o’clock Thursday evening until the funeral. The rosary will be recited Friday evening at 7:30 o’clock.

Mr. Reindl was born at Kellnersville Aug. 28, 1865 and came to Manitowoc as a young man. On Dec. 28, 1887 he married Miss Anna Stanzel. Mr. Reindl was employed at the seating factory for many years. He retired after the plant moved from Manitowoc.

Survivors are the widow, two daughters, Mrs. John Kieffer of St. Nazianz, Mrs. Joseph Decker of this city, and one son, Joseph Reindl of this city; three brothers, John Reindl of Chicago, Joseph of Evanston, Ill., and Charles of Milwaukee, and one sister, Mrs. Mary Raetzmann of Milwaukee. Two sons, the Rev. Reinhardt Reindl and George Reindl, preceded their father in death.

Mr. Reindl was a member of the Catholic Order of Foresters.
