Gregory (Bud) Reindl, age 73, of 1403 Viebahn St., Manitowoc, died Wednesday afternoon, December 29, 1993, at Holy Family Memorial Medical Center, Manitowoc.

Funeral Services will be 9:30 a.m. Monday, January 3, 1994, at the Pfeffer Funeral Home and 10 a.m. at St. Andrew Catholic Church, Manitowoc. Officiating at the Mass of Christian Burial will be Rev. James J. Stamborski with burial to follow at Calvary Cemetery, Manitowoc.

He was born May 30, 1920 at Two Rivers, son of the late Hugo and Susan Vander Bloemen Reindl. He was a graduate of Lincoln High School Class of 1938. He married the former Oriet T. Ploederl August 5, 1944, at St. Andrews Catholic Church, Manitowoc. The couple made their residency in Manitowoc after their marriage. Mr. Reindl was employed by Eck Foundry for 36 years retiring in 1984, and also was a member of Molder's Local #301. He served on the Eck Foundry Credit Union Board of Directors. Mr. Reindl also served on the Silver Creek Fire Department for 44 years resigning in 1991. He served 27 years as treasurer and 40 years as assistant chief.

Survivors include his wife, Oriet T. Reindl, Manitowoc; two sons and one daughter-in-law, Daniel Reindl, Jerome and Cheryl Reindl, all of Manitowoc; two daughters and one son-in-law, Judith and Patrick Shallue, Nancy Reindl, all of Manitowoc; one brother and sister-in-law, Hugh and Ann Reindl, Manitowoc; three sisters and brothers-in-law, Marie and Henry Hartlaub, Newton, Elaine and Robert Woolf, Lafayette, Ind., Rita and Wilfred Hartman, Manitowoc; sisters-in-law and brothers-in-law, Betty Reindl, Elgin, Ill., Roman and Inez Wisniewski, Two Rivers, Helen and Stewart Dubey, Manitowoc, Margaret and Lovell Du Charme, Kewaskum, Wis., eight grandchildren and two great grandchildren also survive. He was also preceded in death by a brother, Jerome, and a sister, Monica Wisniewski.

Friends may call at the Pfeffer Funeral Home from 4-8 p.m. Sunday, January 2, 1994, where a prayer service will be held at 7 p.m.
