Alexander "Alex" Revolinsky, age 90, of 1701 Green St., Manitowoc, died Sunday, April 9, 2006, at St. Mary's at the Felician Village, Manitowoc.
He was born Sept. 6, 1915, in Manitowoc, son of the late Joseph and Josephine (Koleskey) Revolinsky. Alex was a veteran of the U.S. Army, serving from 1942 to 1943. On Aug. 11, 1945, he married the former Lucille Bouril at St. Boniface Catholic Church, Manitowoc. Alex was employed with the city of Manitowoc in the maintenance department for many years until his retirement. He was a member of St. Francis of Assisi.
Survivors include his wife: Lucille Revolinsky, Manitowoc; a brother: Phillip Revolinsky, California and one sister-in-law: Mrs. Ruth Revenal, Manitowoc. Brothers-in-law, sisters-in-law, nieces, nephews, grand nieces and nephews, other relatives and friends also survive. He was preceded in death by four brothers: Anton, Eugene, Ambrose and Joe; and three sisters: Sophie, Leona and Clementine.
The family will greet relatives and friends at St. Francis of Assisi on Grand, Manitowoc, from 10 a.m. Wednesday, April 12, 2006, until the time of service at 11 a.m. Funeral services will be held at 11 a.m. Wednesday, April 12, 2006, at St. Francis of Assisi on Grand, Manitowoc. Officiating at the Mass of Christian Burial will be the Rev. Dave Hoffman with burial at Calvary Cemetery, Manitowoc.
The Pfeffer Funeral Home & Cremation Care Center, Manitowoc, is assisting the family with funeral arrangements.
