ADAM H. RISTENPADT
(1870 - 1940)
Adam H. Ristenpadt, 69, watchman at the shipyards for 23 years, died at 7 o'clock last night at Holy Family hospital after an illness of three weeks. He resided at 1130 S. 13th street.
The body will lie in state at the Pfeffer Funeral home after 3 o'clock Tuesday afternoon. Funeral services will be held Wednesday morning at 8:30 o'clock at Pfeffer's and at 9 o'clock at St. Boniface church. Burial will be in Calvary cemetery.
Mr. Ristenpadt was born May 3, 1870 in Germany and was 17 when he came to the United States. He came to Manitowoc county in 1916. On Jan. 11, 1891 he married Mary Liebl.
The survivors are the widow, two daughters, Mrs. Peter Zimmer of Manitowoc Rapids and Mrs. Anna Nickels of Sheboygan, three sons, George and Robert of Sheboygan and Jack at home; one sister in Germany; nine grandchildren and one great-grandchild.
Mr. Ristenpadt was a member of the Eagles.
