Evelyn K. Roedig, age 86, of Manitowoc, died Friday afternoon, June 16, 2000, at Holy Family Memorial Medical Center, Manitowoc.
Funeral Services will be held at 11 a.m. Monday, June 19, 2000, at Pfeffer Funeral Home, Manitowoc. Officiating at the service will be Rev. Camillus Janas O.F.M. with burial to follow at Calvary Cemetery, Manitowoc.
Evelyn was born September 18, 1913, in Manitowoc, daughter of the late Tom and Agnes Mrotek Korbel. She was married to Louis L. Roedig for many yeas. He preceded her in death. She was a member of St. Andrew Catholic Church.
Survivors include one son and daughter-in-law, Carl J. and Darlene Roedig, Scottville, Mich.; three daughters and sons-in-law; Marie Wheelock, Cheryl and Orville Neumann, Roselee and Robert Burich, Melvin Zimmerman, all of Manitowoc; special friends, Edward Kasten, Manitowoc; 12 grandchildren; 11 great-grandchildren one great-great-grandson; three sisters and one brother-in-law, Mardell and Andrew Junk, Celia Nagel, and Gloria Reimer, all of Manitowoc; nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends also survive. She was preceded in death by one son, Louis A. Roedig; one daughter, Elaine J. Zimmerman; four brothers and one sister.
Friends may call at the Pfeffer Funeral Home, Manitowoc from 10 a.m. Monday until the time of service at 11 a.m.
