William J. Rohrer, 74, of 1805 Western Ave., Manitowoc, died Sunday at Holy Family Hospital, Manitowoc.
Funeral services will be at 9 a.m. at Pfeffer Funeral Home and at 9:30 a.m. at St. Paul Catholic Church, Manitowoc. The Very Rev. Klement P. Kern will officiate and burial will be in Calvary Cemetery, Manitowoc.
Mr. Rohrer was born Jan. 24, 1894, at Manitowoc, son of the late John and Catherine Sieracki Rohrer. He married Flora Frosch Oct. 23, 1916, at Manitowoc. The couple celebrated its Golden Wedding anniversary in 1966. He owned and operated a barber shop at Manitowoc until retirement in 1957. He was a member of Manitowoc Barber's Local 694.
He is survived by his wife; two sons, William G. of Manitowoc and Wesley M. of Baraboo; a daughter, Miss Vernell Rohrer of Manitowoc; Two brothers, Walter and Clarence of Manitowoc; two sisters. Mrs. Max Sievert and Mrs. Bertha Kumbalek of Two Rivers and six grandchildren.
Friends may call at the funeral home after 3 p.m. Tuesday where the Rosary will be recited at 7 p.m.
