F. ROSENFELDER PASSES AWAY AT WAUKESHA
"Rosy," Identified With Baseball Here For Many Years, Succumbs At Home There
Frank Rosenfelder, former Manitowoc resident and currently Waukesha, one of the early day ball players of the city when as "Rosy" he was identified with teams for several years, both as player and ??? is dead at his home at Waukesha. He was 68 years of age and is survived by his wife and four children, two sons and two daughters.
Mr. Rosenfelder ??? a machine shop at Waukesha died Sunday evening after an illness that attacked his ??? He visited here about three weeks ago and upon his return to Waukesha was advised to undergo an operation. He submitted to the order last Tuesday but failed to stand the shock and death occurred Sunday evening.
Body To Be Brought Here
Funeral services for Mr. Rosenfelder will be held in this city. The body will arrive from Waukesha Wednesday and will be taken to the Pfeffer funeral home and the funeral will be held Thursday morning from St. Boniface church with burial at Calvary.
Mr. Rosenfelder was born here, seventeen years ago moving to Waukesha at which he was employed with the ??? company there, later establishing his own business. In earlier days "Rosy" played first base with Manitowoc ball teams and for twenty-three seasons managed ??? team. He was popular with a host of friends.
Mr. Rosenfelder was a cousin to Gustave, Margaret and Charles Heingarten.
