FORMER RESIDENT IS DEAD AT MILWAUKEE, BODY BROUGHT TO CITY
Benjamin Ryan, formerly a resident here, and an adopted child of Mr. and Mrs. Julius Bushman of Milwaukee, died in that city Saturday and the body will be brought here for burial, the funeral being held from the Sacred Heart church tomorrow morning.
Decedent was born here in 1881 and was 34 years old. He was a victim of consumption which he contracted six years ago.

Mr. and Mrs. J.M. Buschman and children and Roy Nolan, of Milwaukee, and Mrs. E.J. Bastin of Crandon, were here for the funeral of the late Benj. Ryan and have returned to their homes.

FUNERAL OF BENJ. RYAN HELD IN CITY—BURIAL AT CALVARY
The funeral of the late Benjamin Ryan, a former Manitowoc boy, took place from Sacred Heart church with interment at Calvary cemetery. Mr. Ryan died at his home at Milwaukee after a protracted illness.
He had many friends here, having spent his boyhood days in the city. He was of a cheerful, sunny disposition and during his years of suffering was patient and was resigned when it became apparent that there was no hope of his recovery.
Besides his mother, Mr. Ryan is survived by relatives here and at Milwaukee.
