Lorraine R. Rysticken, age 86, of 1341 S. 24th St., Manitowoc, passed away on Saturday, June 23, 2007, after a short battle with liver cancer.
Lorry was born on Dec. 9, 1920, in Hartford, daughter of the late Charles and Edna (Ladwig) Schrimpf. She married Daniel A. Rysticken in 1943. He preceded her in death on May 6, 1977.
Survivors include her sister: Winefred Kanzelburger, Two Rivers; a son: Charles Rysticken, Manitowoc; and other relatives of Elaine Rysticken, Manitowoc. Greg and Connie Rysticken; Scott and Connie Schroeder; Robert, Deb and Peter Bonk, all of Manitowoc. Mary Lou, Vern, Gary, Mark, Susan and Joyce Manthay, all of South Bend, Ind.
A Memorial Service will be held at 2 p.m. Thursday, June 28, 2007, at The Pfeffer Funeral Home & Cremation Care Center, Manitowoc. Officiating at the service will be the Chaplain Gordon Strauss.
The family will greet relatives and friends at The Pfeffer Funeral Home & Cremation Care Center, Manitowoc, from 1 p.m. on Thursday, June 28, 2007, until the time of the memorial service at 2 p.m.
