Susan A. Skattebo age 50, of 513 North 41st Street, Manitowoc, died unexpectedly Wednesday October 17, 2012 at her residence.
Susan was born October 7, 1962 in Manitowoc, daughter of Earl Skattebo and the late Doris (Erdmann) Skattebo. She attended schools in Manitowoc and graduated with the class of 1981 from Lincoln High School. She was a member of the First Reformed United Church of Christ and the Eagles Auxillary.
Survivors include her daughter: Emily Skattebo, Manitowoc; father: Earl Skattebo, Manitowoc; one brother and sister-in-law: Scott (Marlene) Skattebo, Manitowoc; aunts and uncles: Oley (Louise) Skattebo, Pason, AZ; May Mahloch, Grafton; Thelma Cayemberg, Manitowoc; Dennis Erdmann, Chicago; James (Susan) Erdmann, Manitowoc; Don (Phyllis) Craney, Crivitz; niece: Amber (Dave) Lischka, New Berlin; nephew: David Skattebo, Manitowoc; special friend Heidi Spindler, Manitowoc; other relatives and friends also survive. She was preceded in death by her mother Doris Skattebo; two uncles: James Mahloch; Allen Cayemberg; aunt: Liela Craney; cousin: Amy Cayemberg.
Susan was fun-loving and full of life, enjoyed campfires and spending time with friends. But most of all, she treasured the special times she shared with her daughter.
Funeral services will be held at 5:00 p.m. Monday October 22, 2012 at the Jens Family Funeral Home & Crematory, 1122 South 8th Street, Manitowoc. Deacon Al Boeldt will officiate.
