Christine was a homemaker and resided in rural Medaryville. She was a member of the Assembly of God Church in Medaryville. She enjoyed traveling. She loved gardening, flowers and reading the Bible. She was a collector of ceramic pigs.
Christine is survived by two sons, Clifford (Deborah) Woodard Jr., and Cleatious (Beverly) Woodard, both of Medaryville; three daughters: Elizabeth (Neil) Jeffrey of Wabash, IN, Charlotte (Gregory) Stoner, and Vivian Mitchell, both of Medaryville; 18 grandchildren; 15 great grandchildren; four sisters: Madeline Tetzloff of Michigan City, Susie Dickinson of Monticello, Bertha Todd of Wheatfield, and Sallie Tibbs of Ogden, UT.; and three brothers: Amos (Betty) Allen of Medaryville, Albert (Connie) Allen of LaCrosse, and James (Carol) Allen of Crown Point.
She was preceded in death by her parents, Joe Newton Allen and Lillie Wireman) Allen; one son, Kenneth Woodard; one grandson, Joshua Jeffrey, and one brother, Rex Allen.
Visitation was held Tuesday September 20th at the Querry-Ulbricht Funeral Home in Francesville. A funeral service was held Wednesday, September 21st at the Medaryville Assembly of God Church with Pastor Tom Dewlen officiating. Burial took place in the White Post Cemetery near Medaryville.
