Mr. Roger A. Fancher, of Greensburg, son of the late Orville Fancher & Opel B. Kidd Fancher was born August 26, 1947, Hart County,Kentucky and departed this life October 3, 2013, at his home in Greensburg. he was 66 years, one month and seven days of age.
he had made a profession of faith in Christ and was a truck Driver for United Utility Supply for 24 years, A Vietnam Veteran having served in the United States Army, a member of the Disabled American Veterans and a member of the American legion Post # 124.
He United in marriage to Jean Elaine Ashcraft Bardin on February 26, 1989, who survives.
Other survivors include a daughter & son Amanda Fancher & Ricky Fancher both of Missouri.
a step daughter Becky Price & her husband Rett Price of Greensburg, one step son Bo. Bardin of Danville, a granddaughter Becca Jo Russell, three step grandchildren,Rhiannon McQueary & her husband Jeramy, Cierra Price all of Greensburg, and Jeremy Bardin of Danville , two step great grandchildren Lucy Lynne McQueary & Lemmy Lane McQueary both of Greensburg, A sister-in-law Bea Fancher,of Ohio, and a host of other relatives and friends.
Mr. Fancher was also preceded in death by a sister and Brother, Barbara Rock and Benny Fancher and a brother-in-law Carrol Rock.
Cremation was chosen for Mr. Roger Fancher. There will be no service scheduled at this time. Cowherd & Parrott Funeral Home in Greensburg were in charge of the arrangments.
