Henry R Phillips, of 516 Decatur street, died yesterday at a private hospital at the age of 65. He is survived by three daughters, Mrs C W Herndon, Mrs J W Sammons and Mrs P B Dempsey and three sisters, Mrs Mollie Hobbs, Mrs J T Swafford, and Mrs J C Sims. Funeral services will be held at 3 o'clock this afternoon at the chapel of Harry G Poole with the Revs Arthur Maness, H L Haney and Edgar Hardegree officiating. Burial will be in Hart's cemetery, College Park.
