JOHN BONIN
(1872 - 1942)

John Bonin, 70, of 1118 South 24th street, died Friday night at the home following a several months illness.

Funeral services will be held Monday at 8:30 a.m. from the Leschke funeral home and at 9 o'clock from the St. Mary's church, the Rev. John Landowski officiating. Burial will be in the church cemetery.

Mr. Bonin was born in Manitowoc in 1872 and always resided here. Forty-eight years ago he married Miss Hattie Gaca. Mr. Bonin was employed for many years at the Manitowoc Ship Building Company and has been retired in recent years.

Survivors are the widow; daughter, Mrs. Frank Kujawa, of this city; three sons, George, and Frank, of this city, Harry of West Allis; three brothers, Stanley and Anton, of this city, Joseph of Athens, Wis.; three sisters, Mrs. John Pekarske, Mrs. Fred Wilkelman, and Miss Anna Bonin, all of this city.

The body may be viewed after 7 o'clock tonight at the funeral home. The rosary will be recited Sunday night at the funeral home.
