Regina (Reggie) Briggs, died Tuesday, June 27, 2000 at the Osceola Regional Hospital in Kissimmee, Fla.

A Memorial Mass will be held at 9:30 a.m. Saturday, July 22, 2000, at St. Mary Catholic Church, Manitowoc. Officiating at the Memorial Mass will be Rev. Finian Zaucha, O.F.M. with burial of the cremains at St. Mary Cemetery, Manitowoc.

Regina T. Komosa was born September 10, 1916, in Pulaski, Wis., daughter of Rose and Peter Komosa. She moved to Manitowoc as a child and was married to Clifford J. Briggs Sr. on November 5, 1935, at St. Mary’s Church.

Survivors include her husband, Clifford J. Briggs, Sr., Kissimee, Fla.; two children, Rose Marie Malick and Robert Malick, both of Manitowoc, Clifford and Donna Briggs, Jr., Kenosha, Wis.; five grandchildren, Annette and Thomas Wunsch, Robert and Carol Malick, Denise and Steve Bricco, all of Manitowoc, Jeffrey and Christie Briggs, Suzan Briggs, Kenosha, Wis.; eight great grandchildren; a sister, Agnes (Isadore) Hartlaub, Manitowoc and other relative and friends.

The family will greet relatives and friends at St. Mary Catholic Church, Saturday from 8:30 a.m. until the time of service at 9:30 a.m.

The Pfeffer Funeral Home and Cremation Care Center, Manitowoc is assisting the family with arrangements.
