Stanley V. Budysh, 68, of St. Mary Home, Manitowoc, died Thursday at Holy Family Hospital, Manitowoc, after a lingering illness.

Funeral services will be 8:30 a.m. Saturday at Leschke-Bergner Funeral Home, Manitowoc, and 9 a.m. at St. Mary Catholic Church, the Rt. Rev. Msgr. John S. Landowski officiating. Burial will be in St. Mary Cemetery.

Mr. Budysh was born Feb. 8, 1895, at Manitowoc, son of the late Andrew and Magdalene Bruski Budysh. He was educated at Manitowoc and worked as a carpenter. A veteran of World War I and serving overseas, he was a member of American Legion Drews-Bleser Post No. 88.

Surviving are a sister, Mrs. Veronica Dempski, of Manitowoc, nieces and nephews.

The Rosary will be recited by Msgr. Landowski at 7:30 this Friday evening at the funeral home.
