MRS. BURETTA (sic) PASSES AWAY AT AGE OF 72

Mrs. Mary Buretta (sic), aged 72, died at her home at 1129 South 23rd street early this morning, death resulting from the infirmities of old age.

The funeral services will be held from St. Mary's Catholic church Friday morning at 9 o'clock the Rev. Father Kubiszewski officiating, and burial will take place in St. Mary's cemetery. The body will be at the home of her son, Michael, at 1234 South Twenty-first street.

Mrs. Buretta was born in Germany and lived there until the age of 24 when she and her husband, John Buretta, removed to this country, coming directly to Manitowoc where she has lived since. She was married shortly before coming to this country. Mr. Buretta died twelve years ago.

Seven children were born to them, all of whom survive. They are Mrs. Leo Drost of Milwaukee, Mrs. Charles Krysak of Newton, Frank, Joseph and Michael of this city, John of Milwaukee and Stanley of this county. Two sisters, Mrs. Katherine Daniske and Mrs. Anna Chica and one brother, Joseph Grzek, all of Manistee, Mich., and 31 grandchildren also survive to mourn her death.
