Theodore (Scotchie) Drill, 84, of 1615 Hamilton St., Manitowoc, died Monday morning, February 26, 1990 at Holy Family Medical Center, Manitowoc. Funeral services will be 9:30 am Thursday at Pfeffer Funeral Home and 10 am at St. Mary Catholic Church, Manitowoc. Presiding the Mass of Christian Burial will be Rev. Roman Zbieranski O.F.M. Military graveside services will be accorded by the V.F.W. Otto Oas Post 659 in St. Mary Cemetery, Manitowoc.
He was born December 19, 1905 in Manitowoc, Wisconsin, son of the late George and Anastasia Bury Drill. He married Marion Tetzlaff, November 27, 1929. She preceded him in death November 18, 1940. He then married Agnes Murphy, May 16, 1946. She preceded him in death November 30, 1981. Mr. Drill was employed with Mirro Aluminum Company for 47 years retiring in 1967. He was a member of Manitowoc V.F.W. Otto Oas Post No. 659 and served 3 1/2 years in World War II with the United States Army.
Survivors include nieces and nephews, other relatives and friends. He was preceded in death by 9 brothers and 6 sisters.
Friends may call at Pfeffer Funeral Home, 4 pm to 8 pm Wednesday, where a prayer service will be held at 7:30 pm by Rev. Roman Zbieranski O.F.M.
