MRS. DROBKA DIES TUESDAY
Was a Resident of Manitowoc County Since 1881


Mrs. John Drobka, 79, a resident of Manitowoc since 1881, died here Tuesday night. Funeral services will be held from the home of a son, Adolph, 1505 Madison street, Saturday at 8:30 a.m. and at 9 a.m. from St. Mary's Catholic church. Interment will take place in St. Mary's cemetery.

Maiden name of the deceased was Lucy Bialkowski and she was born in Poland in 1854. She came here in 1881 and married John Drobka 53 years ago. He died 10 years ago. This city and Newton were the residences of Mrs. Drobka during her 53 years' residence in this country. For the past three years Mrs. Drobka resided with her son.

Survivors are three sons, Adolph of this city, Ignatz, Newton, and Frank, Washington D.C., two daughters, Mrs. Michael Gospodarek, city and Mrs. Frank Fruzyna, Newton, three brothers, Anton Bialkowski of Newton and two brothers in Poland, 15 grandchildren and two great grandchildren.

The deceased was a member of the Holy Rosary society.

The body will be removed to the home of Adolph Drobka Thursday from the Shimek and Schwartz funeral parlors.
