Paul J. Frozena, 55, of 818 S. 23rd Street, Manitowoc, died Thursday, June 12, 1986, at his residence.
Funeral services will be 9:30 am Saturday at Pfeffer Funeral Home and 10 am at St. Paul Catholic Church, Manitowoc. The Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated by Rev. Ronald P. Reimer with burial to follow at St. Mary Cemetery, Manitowoc.
Mr. Frozena was born August 8, 1930, at Manitowoc, son of the Mary A. Kowalski Frozena and the late Peter P. Frozena. Mr. Frozena was a graduate of Lincoln High School, graduating with the Class of 1948. He married the former LaVaughn L. Vetting on September 3, 1960 at St. Andrew Catholic Church, Manitowoc. She preceded him in death July 13, 1981. Mr. Frozena was a Veteran serving as Corporal in the United States Marine Corps overseas in the Korean Conflict. Mr. Frozena was employed by the Police Department for the city of Manitowoc, retiring in 1982.
Survivors include three sons, Michael of Madison, Thomas of Milwaukee and David of Manitowoc; his mother, Mrs. Mary Frozena of Manitowoc; a brother and a sister-in-law, Donald and Rita Frozena of Manitowoc; a sister and brother-in-law, Esther and Harry Strassman Jr. of Sheldon, Wisconsin; a brother-in-law and sister-in-law, Keith and Marcella Vetting of Manitowoc and nieces and nephews also survived.
