Paul P. Gapinsky, 63, of 1022 S. 23rd St., Manitowoc, was found dead at his home Friday of an apparent heart attack. Coroner Theodore Teitgen ruled that he died March 27.Funeral services will be at 11 a.m. Monday at Pfeffer Funeral Home, Manitowoc. The Rt. Rev. Msgr. Mr. Gapinsky was born June 25, 1909, at Manitowoc, son of the late Peter and Mary Jagodinsky Gapinsky. He attended St. Mary Parochial school, worked for Mirro Aluminum Co., Manitowoc, until 1967 when he retired. He was a World War II veteran, having served as a private in headquarters company of the Third Battalion of the 13th Infantry Division and belonged to the American Legion Post. He never married.
Survivors include a brother, Alex, and two sisters, Mrs. Peter Benes and Mrs. Alois Feltman, of Manitowoc. Three brothers and three sisters preceded him in death.
Friends may call at the funeral home after 4 p.m. Sunday where at 7 p.m. the Rosary will be recited. The casket will remain closed.
