Anna V. Abbott, 89, of 715 Randolph St., died July 14, 1990, in General Division, CAMC, after a short illness.
She was a retired employee of C&P Telephone Co. with 48 years' service and was a member of Telephone Pioneers of America.
She was a member of Bream Memorial Presbyterian Church, where she was a member of J.O.Y.-Parker Sunday school class and the Dinner Circle.
Surviving: nieces, Mary Burford and Ruth Smith, both of Charleston, Donna Cotton of Jacksonville, Fla.; nephews, Thomas Abbott of St. Albans, J. Daniel Abbott of St. Petersburg, Fla.; nine grandnieces and nephews.

ABBOTT, Anna V. -- Service will be 2 p.m. Tuesday at Bartlett-Burdette-Cox Funeral Home with the Rev. Lawton Posey officiating.
Burial will be in Sunset Memorial Park, South Charleston.
