Mother Bertha Ann Grayson, daughter of the late Nathan and Callie Page Moore, was born February 06,1927, in Vaughan, Mississippi, In 1960 she relocated to the area with her husband and lifetime resident of Oviedo,Florida. She graduated from Saint Industrial LITERACY School, Lexington,Mississippi where she received a teaching Certificate.
A TIME TO BE REBORN
Early in her childhood years, Mother Grayson become a new creature in Christ at her family church, St,James Church of God In Christ. She relocated to Oviedo and became a member of Mount Zion Holiness Church under the leadership of Pastor Willie Durant. She received the position "Church Mother" where she served under many Pastoral leadership for 53 years, Mother loved the lord and showed it; she worked so faithful inside and outside of her church to help so many people. She always said, Let's do what's right in the sight of the Lord." She always showed love and kindness towards everybody and disliked nobody.
Proverbs: 31:10;29;31
(10)Who can find a virtuous woman? For her price is for above rubies.
(29)Many daughters have done virtuously, but thou excellest them all.
(31)Give her of the fruit of her hands, and let her works praise her at the gate.
A TIME OF ETERNAL REST
On Wednesday, October 10, Mother Grayson found her new home in eternity. Revelation 21:4-"And God shall wipe away all tears from their eyes, and there shall be no more death, neither sorrow, nor crying, neither shall there be any more pain; for the former things are passed away. " Mother knew she had to sow her natural body to receive her spiritual body. In the resurrection our spiritual bodies will not be weak, will never get sick and will never die. To have that new body: Full of glory, strength, spiritual, from Heaven,
never die, and superhuman.
