Violet V. Siewert, age 85, of 1410 S. 12th St., Manitowoc, Wis., died Thursday evening, June 30, 1994 at the Park Lawn Home, Manitowoc.
Funeral Services will be at 11 a.m. on Saturday, July 2, 1994, at the St. Boniface Catholic Church, Manitowoc. Officiating at the Mass of Christian Burial will be the Rev. Justin Pierce with burial to follow at the St. Mary's Church Cemetery, Manitowoc.
Violet was born November 28, 1908 in Manitowoc, Wis., daughter of the late Joseph and Mathilda Rysticken Knipp. She married Phillip Hein on July 3, 1937. He preceded her in death in June of 1949. She then married Peter Siewert on October 30, 1954. He preceded her in death in July of 1982.
Survivors include one brother and two sisters-in-law, Irvin D. Knipp, Tucson, Ariz., Clara and Jan Knipp, both of Manitowoc; one step-daughter and step-son-in-law, Joyce and Raymond Stuckmann, Cleveland; one stepson and step-daughter-in-law, Daniel and Janice Siewert, Manitowoc; grandchildren, great-grandchildren, nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends also survive. She was preceded in death by two sisters and two brothers.
Friends may call at the St. Boniface Catholic Church on Saturday morning from 10 a.m. until the time of service. There will be no Friday evening visitation.
The Pfeffer Funeral Home, Manitowoc, is assisting the family with funeral arrangements.
