Mrs. Ethel L. Jagodinsky, 80, of 914 Manitou St., Manitowoc, died Thursday afternoon, September 21, 1989 at Holy Family Medical Center, Manitowoc. Private visitation will be 1 pm to 4 pm Saturday at Jens Funeral Home, Manitowoc. Burial will be in St. Mary Cemetery, Manitowoc.
Mrs. Jagodinsky was born October 10, 1908 at Manitowoc, daughter of the late Arthur and Anna Reindl Franke. She attended schools in Manitowoc and graduated from Lincoln High School in 1924. She married Raymond Jagodinsky, October 31, 1934 at Manitowoc and the couple celebrated their 50th Wedding Anniversary in 1984.
Survivors include her husband, Raymond of Manitowoc; a daughter and son-in-law, Doris and Carl Goehring of Cato; three brothers and sisters-in-law, Milton and Eleanore Franke of Manitowoc, Russell and Eleanore Franke of Milwaukee, Arthur and Mary Franke of New Berlin, Wisconsin; six sisters and two brothers-in-law, Florence Knutson of Manitowoc, Grace Pierce of Manitowoc, Violet and Glen Garberg of Hutchinson, Minnesota, Carol Thiel of Manitowoc, Jeannette and Harold Boldt of Minneapolis, Minnesota and Marjorie Allen of Manitowoc; three grandchildren, Diane and Amy of Green Bay, James of Cato. she was preceded in death by a sister and a daughter.
There will be no Friday evening visitation. Jens Funeral Home, Manitowoc, assisted the family with funeral arrangements.
