Old Resident Of City Passes Away
Mrs. Cecelia Becker, widow of John Becker, died at her home, 2013 Hamilton street yesterday after an illness brought on by the infirmities of old age.
The decedent was a native of German Poland, where she was born May 12, 1841, and came to this country and city with her husband about thirty-five years ago.
Five children mourn her departure. They are Mrs. Veronica Pekulik, Mrs. Fran Ziarnek, Mrs. Anton Ziarnek, Mrs. Joseph Stasiek and John Becker, all of this city. Besides these she leaves thirty-six grand children and nine great grand children surviving her.
The funeral will be held from St. Mary's church Friday morning, Rev. Father Kuzizcewski officiating.
