Dovie attended Delaware Baptist Church. She was preceded in death by her parents and 2 husbands, Horace Ramsey and Watson Crutchfield; a son, Floyd Ramsay; two brothers, Dave and Lewis Miller; and a sister, Annie Keith.
Survivors include a son and daughter-in-law, Jasper and Vernice Ramsey of Dardanelle; stepson; Two stepdaughters; three grandchildren; five great-grandchildren; and six great-great grandchildren.
Funeral was at 10 a.m. Friday, March 16 at Dardanelle Funeral Home Chapel by Wylie Jones.
