Ethel Ida Horbacz 94, died Friday, Oct. 11, 2013. Ethel was born and raised in Jersey City, lived in Garwood, before moving to Flemington in 2002. She was a member of the Flower Club, and Women's Club of Garwood. She was predeceased by her husband, Charles Horbacz Sr. in 2000.
Surviving are 2 sons, Richard (Denise) Horbacz of New Bern, NC and Charles Jr ( Janet) Horbacz of Jackson, NJ, a brother, Richard Whitaker of St. Petersburg, FL.; 5 grandchildren and 5 great-grandchildren.
Entombment and Chapel Services will take place Wednesday 11 a.m. at the Good Shepherd Chapel Mausoleum in St. Gertrude's Cemetery, 53 Inman Avenue, Colonia, NJ
Arraignments are by the SCarpa Funeral Home Inc.,22 Craig Pl. North Plainfield.
