Lee Andrew Blue 76 , widower of Louise Smalls Blue, and native of Gray's Hill, died Monday, May 28, 2007 at his Lady's Island home.
Funeral Services: 4:00 PM Saturday, June 2, 2007 at Bethel Word & Worship Deliverance Church in Burton. Burial will follow in Gray's Hill Cemetery.
He was born April 17, 1931 in Beaufort County, SC, the son of the late Matilda Blue and Alfred Wright.
Surviving are one daughter, Patricia Blue Dennis; one son, Willie Lee Smalls; two grandchildren, Trina Young of Beaufort, SC and Yusef Smalls, Sr. of Philadelphia, PA; four great-grandchildren, Yusef Smalls, Jr. of Philadelphia, PA, Omega Allen, Tay'von Young and Genesis Garrett all of Gray's Hill, SC; two brothers, Prince Wright (Daisy) of Poppy Hill and Christopher Simmons (Rosa)of Lake Placid, FL; one sister, Ruby M. Wright of Seabrook, SC; sisters-in-law, Gertrude Wright, Viola Wright and Mary Wright of Seabrook, SC, Annie Mae Moultrie of Gray's Hill, SC and Margaret Morris of Philadelphia, PA; brother-in-law, Edward Smalls (Lorsena) of Gray's Hill, SC; and other relatives.
