Arthur Greenan, 73, of 921 S. Spring St., a retired miner, died at 6:30 a.m., Oct. 8, 1957, in Memorial Hospital.

He was born March 20, 1884 in Trinidad, Colo.

On March 31, 1907, he was married to Julia Loth.

He was a member of the IOOF, Girard, and the Progressive Mine Workers of America.

Surviving are his wife; one son, Edward W., of Oneonta, N.Y.; a daughter, Mrs. Thelma Minser, of Springfield; a brother, George, of Missouri; 12 grandchildren; and seven great-grandchildren.

Funeral services were held in Bisch Memorial Home.

Burial was in Oak Hill Cemetery.
