AGNES ELIZABETH BANKS, widow of Winfield Banks, died Thursday in Rochester, New York, following a brief illness. She is survived by her mother, Mrs. Flora Campbell, sisters, Mrs. Dorothy Chung, Rochester, N.Y.; Mrs. Catherine Briscoe, Mrs. Geraldine Ware of Hagerstown and Mrs. Laura Johnson, Luray, Va.; brothers, James, Cecil, William, Melvin and George Burnett, all of Hagerstown.

Burial will be made in Rose Hill Cemetery.
