Beverly Hendrick-Baldwin, 45, Merriwood Parkway, died at 2:54 p.m. Sunday, Oct. 13, 2013, at her home following a long illness.

Services will be at 11 a.m. Thursday at Saints Peter and Paul Catholic Church with the Rev. Julio Barrera officiating.

Visitation will be from 4 until 8 tonight at Lamb Funeral Home with a rosary to be said at 7:30 p.m.

Burial will be at a later date at the Cerulean Cemetery.

A native of Eglin Air Force Base, Fla., she was born March 18, 1968, the daughter of Barbara J. Bagby Hendricks, Hopkinsville, and the late Jack T. Hendricks.

She was a customer service representative for Pennyrile Finance and was a member of Saints Peter and Paul Catholic Church.

In addition to her mother, survivors include her husband, Tim Baldwin; a son, Cail Knight, of the home; two daughters, Kayla Shephard and Jordan Baldwin, both of the home; a brother, Maj. Jeff Hendricks, Owensboro; and one granddaughter.
